When making a reservation request by regular mail, email, and telephone, please include the following information in your communication:

• Your name, mailing address, daytime and evening telephone numbers.
  
• The top 3 or more time periods, in order of choice, that you are able to come to Fallen Leaf.
  
• The sleeping arrangements for your party: For example, "2 couples, 4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls, all childern under 12 years old. Four bedrooms required. Two queens and 4 singles."
  
• A brief description of what you like to do on vacation. Will you be bringing a boat? What type, and how big? What are some of your basic requirements in a rental property?
  
• How did you hear about us? Are you familiar with Fallen Leaf? Have you stayed as a guest or rented a home at Fallen Leaf or Lake Tahoe before?

We will be calling to work with you on firming up your reservation request as soon as possible. Please email or leave a phone message, and we will return your call as soon as we can. We often return calls in the evening, so be sure to leave both daytime and evening numbers where you can be reached.
